Position Details:

  • Location: Droitwich
  • Type: Permanent, full-time
  • Salary: Competitive Salary Plus Benefits

The primary purpose of this position is to effectively plan and manage the flow of stock through the divisional stores, monitor goods in and out, safely and efficiently move and handle items, and maintain stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create purchase orders and record goods inwards/outwards using available software, ensuring accurate stock records.
  2. Verify stock levels for re-ordering and provide stock reports to management as needed.
  3. Receive deliveries, check for damages and accuracy, and store items safely and correctly.
  4. Update systems to reflect accurate stock levels.
  5. Prepare equipment and materials for use by field engineers, maintaining accurate issuance records.
  6. Conduct regular and ad-hoc stock checks, reporting findings to management.
  7. Maintain a tidy and safe stores area, report risks, and suggest solutions.
  8. Manage and develop relationships with field engineers regarding stock requests.
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.
  10. Uphold confidentiality with personal and customer data.
  11. Perform other duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience managing stock levels.
  • Background in engineering or industry-related experience.
  • Full clean driving license.
