Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day running of our store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, they are looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive, can work using their own initiative, and has fashion experience (desirable but not essential, as full training is provided). The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail outlet.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be expected to:

1. Take responsibility for the daily operation of the store while ensuring costs are within targets.
2. Maximize store profitability by promoting sales.
3. Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.
4. Manage, coach, and motivate the team to meet targets and lead by example.
5. Deputize for the manager when necessary.
