Job Title: Assistant Store Manager – Halifax

Are you ready to put your leadership and business knowledge to the test in the fashion world and join one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers?

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you should be a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive and can work using your own initiative. Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision within a retail environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Taking responsibility for the daily operation of the store while ensuring costs are within targets.
  2. Maximizing store profitability by promoting sales.
  3. Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
  4. Managing, coaching, and motivating the team to meet targets and leading by example.
  5. Deputizing for the store manager when necessary.
