Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Salary: From £26,250 per annum (pro-rated for part-time roles)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store runs smoothly and customers leave satisfied by using your initiative.
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate to the team.
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve excellent results.
  • Work with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
  • Assist in training new partners and welcoming them into the team.
