As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing a meaningful shopping experience for each customer. You will act as second-in-command, ready to step in for the Store Manager when necessary. Your main responsibilities include driving store performance through excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient daily operations.
You will serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust and positivity. Your duties include recruiting, hiring, retaining, and coaching a diverse and talented team, helping team members engage and reach their full potential, and assisting with day-to-day business activities.
Please note this role is based in St Albans.
