Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Webster Plaza, Worcester, MA

Join us as an Assistant Store Manager supporting the Store Manager in various store operations at Spirit Halloween. This role involves staff management, merchandising, setup, teardown, and ensuring excellent guest services to maximize sales and profitability.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $17.50 to $17.75, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Massachusetts Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualification criteria.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in staffing, merchandising, setup, and teardown of the seasonal store.
  • Support the Store Manager in operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage inventory.
Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Prior retail management experience required.
