The role

Our South Wharf store is located in Melbourne. We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to deliver an incredible in-store experience for our athletes.

What your day to day will look like:

  1. Recruit, manage and mentor the store team
  2. Providing our customers an unrivaled world-class customer service experience every day
  3. Representing Under Armour and upholding our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity
  4. Maintaining a working knowledge of the fit, fabric and function details of our Under Armour Products
  5. Work with our VM team to ensure the store represents the UA brand
  6. Exceeding your sales targets and maximising every opportunity

Desired Skills & Experience:

  1. Previous retail leadership experience
  2. Team focus - At UA we 'Fight On Together'
  3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  4. Exceptional communication and time management skills
  5. Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and public holidays based on the needs of the business
