Combine a smile with a giggle and you’ve got Smiggle! We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager with a love for all things colourful, fun and exciting. You’ll be supporting the Store Manager at our Harbourtown DFO store to lead your team and create a store experience that’s bursting with energy and imagination. It’s all about spreading the Smiggle magic and delivering exceptional service to customers, big and small!

This Full Time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create an exciting and positive environment for customers of all ages.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
  • Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service and having fun with the team.
  • Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
  • Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential
