Assistant Store Manager – Halifax

Are you ready to put your leadership and business knowledge to the test in the fashion world and join one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers?

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day running of our store.

As an Assistant Store Manager, we are looking for a well-rounded and commercial retail manager who is proactive and can work using their own initiative. Fashion experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have previous management or supervisory experience within a retail outlet.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be expected to:

  1. Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the store while ensuring costs are contained within targets.
  2. Maximize store profitability by promoting sales.
  3. Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  4. Manage, coach, and motivate the team to meet targets and lead by example.
  5. Deputize for the manager when necessary.
