REISS are looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager for their London Battersea Power Station store.

Permanent contract: Full-time 40 hours per week

What's this role about?

As part of our Retail team, you'll join our Battersea Power Station store on a full-time basis as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for ensuring the store delivers premium customer service, achieves targets, and delivers commercial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the store
• Identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximize profitability
• Achieving targeted KPIs
• Inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service through regular training
• Implementing and maintaining efficient operational processes and procedures
• Supporting recruitment and conducting performance reviews
• Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager
  
  

Ideal candidate profile

• Prior retail management experience at a similar level
• A passion for premium or luxury product, but all retail backgrounds considered
• A proven track record of increasing overall business performance
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service through your team
• Strong visual and commercial product management skills
• Ability to balance customer service, operational, technical, and visual elements
• Confidence working under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
• Self-motivation, focus, and drive to achieve team and individual goals
• Excellent people management skills, bringing the best out of your team
