Job Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week

Key Tasks:

• Ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction by using your initiative.
• Lead, motivate, and delegate to the team.
• Manage the store in the manager's absence.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve excellent results.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability.
• Assist with training new partners and welcoming them into the team.
