From £26,250 per annum (pro-rated for part-time roles)

Tasks Will Involve
  • Using your initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all our customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service provided.
  • Leading and motivating the team and delegating responsibility.
  • Managing the store in the manager’s absence
  • Coaching, mentoring and motivating the team to achieve amazing results and delegating tasks.
  • Working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Assisting with training new partners (employees) and welcoming them into the team.
