• Monitor competition and advise on adjustments to maintain competitive position.
• Provide product feedback and suggestions to the direct leader.
• Participate in interviewing for store personnel.
• Communicate weekly information, milestones, and concerns.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, cash control policies, and product handling.
