  1. Support the Store Manager in managing and inspiring your team, and step up to cover the store when needed.
  2. Create an environment focused on delivering excellent service, achieving performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes, all within a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe setting.
  3. Demonstrate a hands-on approach to operational and commercial activities by working alongside your team.
  4. Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.

We offer amazing benefits (see list further below).

About You:

  • You are a team player who thrives in results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environments, adapting quickly to change and bringing others along with you.
  • You are an effective communicator, approachable, and able to work well with people at all levels, remaining calm under pressure.
  • You are confident in problem-solving, making sound decisions, challenging processes, and generating innovative ideas.
  • You have experience leading and coaching high-performing teams and handling people issues effectively.
  • You are skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing your workload.
  • In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates must evidence their right to work in the UK before employment begins.
