Join us for the amazing position as our full time assistant manager based in our flagship NOKWOL store on the Kings road Chelsea.

The assistant manager role is approximately 40 hours per week split across five shifts.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, serving as the important key brand ambassador for the brand and store

. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
  • Proactively welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries.
  • Achieving personal sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly to contribute to the overall store revenue success.
  • "Going the extra mile" to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
  • Maintaining and elevating store standards, along with performing any supporting tasks required.
  • Remaining knowledgeable about products offered and inspiring customers with available options.
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Building productive trust relationships with customers and connecting for post-sale communication to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Cultivating VIP clients.
  • Complying with inventory control procedures and performing assigned stockroom duties.
