We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Newcastle. You will work with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values our front-end retail staff.

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, oversees employees, models effective leadership, and provides excellent customer service. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will carry out managerial duties. This role serves as training to develop into a Store Manager position.

You will receive support, regular 1-2-1’s, training, and the tools needed to succeed.
