Assistant Store Manager - New Store Opening in Victoria Centre, Nottingham!

We are opening a new store at Victoria Centre - Nottingham and are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a passionate and successful team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with an innovative and expanding brand across the UK.

Please note, our stores operate seven days a week, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility is essential.

You will be a confident, people-focused leader with a passion for our products, people, and values, driving operational and commercial success to deliver happiness through chocolate to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide inspiring leadership, coaching, and development to your team to meet performance goals, communicating HC vision and values effectively.
  2. Drive store sales and profit plans, taking proactive measures to maximize performance.
  3. Exceed sales targets and KPIs through clear communication and motivation.
  4. Maximize commercial opportunities via promotions, offers, events, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in a busy, bespoke retail environment, preferably within a luxury brand.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop high-performing teams.
  • A passion for chocolate and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Café operations experience is advantageous.
