The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to assist in operations, team leadership, and sales growth for a renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
* Support the Store Manager in training and motivating a team of sales associates to provide top-tier service and achieve performance goals.
* Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and merchandising.
* Assist in managing store expenses, maintaining financial records, and ensuring cost control.
* Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment that meets all health and safety standards.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, contributing to store strategies to remain competitive.

Key Requirements:
