Job Description:

As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You are second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager when necessary. Your main goal is to drive store performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient daily operations.

You will serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in creating a culture of trust through positive and constructive feedback. You will assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team, coaching team members to enhance engagement and reach their full potential. Additionally, you will support the Store Manager with daily business activities.

• Clean criminal record check (CRB/DBS)
• Availability for early shifts starting at 3 AM three days a week and late shifts ending at 10 PM two days a week
