YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The customer experience is your top priority: convey the values and quality of our products, inspire with your open personality and product knowledge, and motivate your colleagues by acting as a role model.
• Work with the Store Manager to create a positive and appreciative working atmosphere, celebrate successes, support administrative tasks, coach and inspire the team, and foster continuous improvement and development.
• Monitor the store's commercial success, targets, and KPIs; intervene as needed to maintain high performance.
• Plan strategies to develop the store further and increase brand awareness in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Be a reliable team member: lend a hand when needed, listen actively, and find solutions to challenges.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Several years of professional retail experience; store management experience is advantageous.
• A passion for sales and customer service, openness to all people, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Curiosity about emerging fashion and footwear trends, with an interest in social media.
• Results-oriented with understanding of retail KPIs and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and common cash register systems.
• Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for our products, alignment with the Birkenstock brand, and eagerness to make a positive impact.
