Superdrug Stores plc in Ipswich is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy team at 18-19 Tavern St, Ipswich. You will work closely with the Store Manager to recruit, inspire and motivate staff, drive sales through promotions and merchandising, and maintain high standards of customer service.

The role offers full-time hours (39 per week) with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary £31,600–£32,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers – with full training provided (Optional)
