Superdrug in Amersham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team and help drive store performance. This 39-hour week role offers a full-time pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with salary up to £31,600 per year.

You'll work alongside the Store Manager to recruit, inspire and coach a passionate team, deliver outstanding customer service, and hit sales targets through promotions, merchandising, and stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.
