Specsavers Hoddesdon is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example, work hands-on, and champion a customer-first mindset. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to keep the store and team running smoothly and develop your skills within optics.

We welcome candidates with experience in optics or retail leadership, a commercially minded approach, and a positive attitude. The role involves weekend work and full-time hours, with strong training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in optics is desirable but not essential.
• Commercially minded with a positive attitude.
• Eye for detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Help run daily store operations and ensure store standards are met.
• Work full-time hours, including weekends, with ongoing training and development.
