JOB SUMMARY

As an Assistant Store Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you work in partnership with your Store Manager to run the store and ensure every part of the operation meets the standards we hold ourselves to. In this full-time role, you lead the team day to day, keep operations running smoothly, and help turn great guest experiences into guests who keep coming back. Together with your Store Manager, you take ownership of the store's performance, not just meeting targets, but consistently striving to exceed them. You report to your Store Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep the store clean, safe, and operating to standard, because the best results come from getting the basics right every single day.
• Help your Store Manager build a high-performing team through meaningful feedback, hands‑on training, and active engagement with the people you lead.
• Put guests first, every time, and build the kind of relationships that turn first‑time visitors into loyal returning guests. Help drive the metrics that matter, from sales and store performance to achieving the targets that keep the business growing.
• Lead your team the JOE way, bringing our virtues to life through your actions, decisions, and daily leadership.

GOOD TO KNOW

• This role requires experience in food & beverage, along with at least a year in a leadership role: Shift Leader, Supervisor, or something similar.
• Experience with teams of 10 or more is a plus.
