APM MONACO is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for the grand opening of our London Regent Street shop!

Responsibilities include:
  • Achieving turnover targets
  • Analyzing sales reports and data to determine business needs and implement strategies
  • Motivating team members and ensuring understanding of KPIs to improve performance
  • Collaborating with the marketing team
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service
  • Maintaining communication with customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and supporting sales advisers' decisions
Operations:
  • Maintaining shop presentation and organization
  • Following payment procedures
  • Monitoring expenditure
  • Setting up staff schedules
  • Managing inventory and staff training on POS procedures
  • Ensuring store cleanliness and merchandising standards
  • Coordinating with logistics and marketing teams
  • Identifying and communicating defective products and stock requirements
Human Resources:
  • Participating in recruitment, training, and staff development
  • Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback
  • Resolving HR issues
  • Maintaining professional image and standards reflecting the brand
Profile sought:
  • Solid experience as Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager
  • Experience in luxury/fashion retail and visual merchandising
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and react quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
