Assistant Store Manager - Gunwharf, Portsmouth, Hampshire

It’s an exciting time for our retail business and our brand as a whole. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and commercially focused Assistant Store Manager with proven retail experience to support the Store Manager in Gunwharf Designer Outlet.

Key skills include team leadership, a focus on people, customers, and sales, and a drive to make the store environment and team the best they can be!

A valid driving licence is essential, as travel to other stores may be required.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Store Manager to meet sales targets and KPIs by executing HARIBO customer service, retail, and operational standards.

Working hours:

This role involves 30-40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including regular Thursdays from 6:30 am, weekends, and shifts within store hours of 8 am to 9:30 pm. UK travel may be required to support other stores.
