Your mission:
Contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives through effective sales skills and customer service while promoting the brand image.

What will your objectives be?

  • Resolve customer inquiries and exceed expectations in the store.
  • Serve multiple clients using standard procedures.
  • Manage transactions at the cash register with precision and efficiency.
  • Know, understand, and demonstrate an updated and complete knowledge of the product.
  • Reach personal/store sales goals considering the store's KPIs.

Image of the store

  • Maintain the store according to the company's image.
  • Keep the stockroom and accessories room organized.
  • Minimize stock loss.
  • Replenish stock in a timely manner.

Professional behavior

  • Comply with the company's dress code.
  • Participate in and contribute to staff meetings.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Assist and train other staff members.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.

Store management
