We are seeking a driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team!

Your main goals as an Assistant Store Manager are to enthusiastically transmit the passion for the brand to the sales team, support the day-to-day store operations, work closely with the Store Manager, and drive sales through product knowledge and team management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Enthusiastically transmit passion for the brand to the sales team, support the Store Manager, and facilitate the internal development of your team members.
  • Sales: Lead, together with the Store Manager, the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs, motivate the sales team through action plans, and maintain a strong brand image throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Experience: Attract and build customer loyalty by paying attention to every detail and offering high-quality service.
  • Shop Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures such as inventory management, stock control, cash handling, daily reporting, and team scheduling.
  • Desirable: Degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • Results-oriented attitude.
