Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Eldon Square in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will drive sales and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on duties like staffing, scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching. Leverage brand knowledge to motivate the team and deliver a superior Omni Channel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and fashion knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom; ensure customer service & seamless operations.
• Staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness; drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
