Job Description:

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a luxury fashion brand, for their boutique in London.

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Handle daily store operations including opening, closing, cash management, and reporting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the Store Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in English. Additional languages is a plus.
