This role involves supporting the management of a multi-million-pound store, motivating and developing a diverse and talented team. Responsibilities include assisting with deliveries, ordering, customer queries, people management, performance, and organizing holiday rotas. You will focus on maximizing sales, ensuring excellent customer service, minimizing costs, and optimizing operational efficiency, with the potential to step into the Store Manager's shoes in their absence.
