About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and implement the commercial plan, fostering store growth and improvement.

Your responsibilities include customer service, store operations, and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing, and accuracy checks.

You will manage a diverse team, supporting their development through training, performance reviews, and career shaping. Management tasks like rota creation and performance management are also part of your role.
