Job Description

We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Brighton.

You will work directly with an established team to create the best customer shopping experience. Footasylum values our front-end retail staff and invests in their development.

The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager with daily responsibilities, oversee employees, model effective leadership, and provide excellent customer service. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will carry out managerial duties, gaining experience to eventually advance to a Store Manager role.

We prioritize training and development, offering regular support, 1-2-1s, and tools to help you thrive and progress within the company. Our track record shows many team members have advanced or transitioned into new roles within the business.
