You’re also second-in-command, ready to step in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. You’ll act as a role model for your team and a true ambassador for Rituals. You’ll support your Store Manager in creating a culture of trust, based on positive and constructive feedback. You’ll help recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented store team. You’ll coach your team members to help them feel more engaged and to achieve their full potential. Finally, you’ll serve as your Store Manager’s right hand by assisting with day-to-day business activities.
