You will focus on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. As second-in-command, you’ll fill in for your Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your goal is to drive store performance through excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations.

You’ll act as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust. You will help recruit, hire, and retain a diverse and talented team, coach team members to enhance engagement and potential, and assist with daily business activities.
