• Support the Store Manager in monitoring and managing all store areas and team members to achieve KPIs, delivering excellent customer service.
• Take full responsibility for store operations and team management in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, staff planning, and performance evaluation.

• Ensure procedures are followed and policies are implemented.
• Stay informed about competitors and local market trends, sharing findings with the team and Area Manager.
