WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER TO LEAD OUR BEAUTIFUL STORE AT BEAK ST., LONDON!

You will lead and support your team to always deliver service that is seamless, efficient, and dedicated to the client's needs.

You will run a business based on an omnichannel/omnicommerce mentality where missing a sale is not an option. You have a result-oriented mindset and will drive footfall through a digital client outreach program as an integral part of daily business. Through online booking services and in-store events, you and your team will build and foster the GANNI community.

You will work towards achieving KPI targets and support creating a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic, and driven by results and learning opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STORE

  • Ensure exceptional client experiences and establish loyalty within the community
  • Foster client outreach programs to drive footfall to the store
  • Push, motivate, and support the store team to reach KPI targets and maintain a KPI-driven environment
  • Drive, supervise, and support in-store shopping events via our booking services and follow up to foster client relationships
  • Analyze store performance and support your Store Manager in defining actions to achieve business objectives
  • Act on opportunities with your team and strive to secure all sales
  • Maintain VM guidelines
  • Manage stock in all aspects

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Support your Store Manager in leading and planning daily work and operations
  • Support and motivate your team to achieve a healthy client loyalty base through in-store activities
  • Motivate and coach your team to achieve their personal and store targets
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops to enhance performance
  • Maintain an open, friendly, and transparent team environment
  • Arrange and facilitate monthly staff meetings

COMMUNICATION & DEVELOPMENT

  • Keep yourself and team members updated with relevant information and business trends
  • Support the development of clear, organized communication channels
  • Handle administrative duties such as reporting and communication with stakeholders
  • Drive your own development and enhance your leadership skills

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of store management and team-leading experience
  • Strong client database and experience with digital clienteling
  • Understanding of omnichannel and omnicommerce
  • Results-driven, sales-oriented, and goal-focused
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and understanding of KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales training and motivating staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English
