Job description

Join the Skechers revolution at our Banbridge store as an Assistant Store Manager! Since establishing on Henry Street in 2010, Skechers has expanded to 24 stores across Ireland and Northern Ireland, and we're still growing. We pride ourselves on fostering positive mindsets and dynamic communication throughout our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the store manager in overseeing all daily activities.
  2. Mentor and supervise store employees as directed by the Store Manager.
  3. Take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  4. Collaborate on daily operations, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources.
  5. Report on daily operations and assist in developing recruitment and sales strategies.
  6. Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
  7. Ensure the store remains aesthetically pleasing and address customer issues promptly.
  8. Support clients and troubleshoot as needed.
  9. Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
  10. Perform additional tasks as directed by upper management.
Requirements:
  1. Leadership and team management skills.

  4. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
