As Assistant Store Manager, your focus is on motivating your team and providing each customer with a meaningful shopping experience. You will act as second-in-command, ready to step in for the Store Manager and take charge when necessary. Your main goal is to drive store performance through excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations daily.

You will serve as a role model and ambassador for Rituals, supporting your Store Manager in fostering a culture of trust, providing positive and constructive feedback, recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team. You will coach team members to enhance engagement and help them reach their full potential. Additionally, you will assist the Store Manager with daily business activities.
