Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines. Your dynamic role includes:

Assisting the store manager in overseeing all daily activities

Mentoring and overseeing store employees as directed by the Store Manager

Assuming full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

Collaborating on daily operations, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources

Reporting on daily operations and assisting in the creation of recruitment and sales strategies

Maintaining optimal shop inventory levels and ensuring compliance with health and safety laws

Keeping the store aesthetically pleasant and addressing customer issues efficiently

Supporting clients and troubleshooting as needed

Owning and contributing to store sales targets

Additional tasks as directed by upper management

Requirements:
