What will you be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team at the Vodafone Crawley Partner store. You will support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential. Your responsibilities include back-office tasks such as managing holidays and rotas, and leading by example on the sales floor with enthusiasm.
