Location: Crawley

Salary: £13.46 per hour + uncapped bonus - realistic OTE of £32k

Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team in our Vodafone Crawley Partner store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers, helping them achieve their potential. You will assist with back-office tasks such as managing holidays and rotas. Additionally, you will lead by example on the sales floor with enthusiasm.
