As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key team member, resolving issues, innovating, and demonstrating loyalty and passion for customers and team members. Partnering with your manager, you'll have opportunities to influence store operations and grow within the company. This role supports the Store Manager in managing overall store operations, driving sales and KPIs, and leading a motivated team to deliver memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Be a role model: Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, fostering an inclusive and positive work environment that celebrates success.
  2. Provide outstanding customer service: Demonstrate exemplary behaviors for your team to follow.
  3. Drive sales and standards: Assist in sales growth, maintain standards, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  4. Effective communication: Maintain clear communication on the floor and behind the scenes, building relationships across the business, with customers, and community partners.
  5. Marketing collaboration: Partner with the Store Manager on innovative marketing ideas.
  6. Stock and visual management: Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising, contributing to store KPIs.
  7. Product expertise and training: Educate your team and advise customers with product knowledge.
  8. Foster a supportive environment: Promote teamwork, accountability, and inclusivity.
  9. Store operations support: Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
  10. Customer experience: Create authentic and memorable customer experiences.
  11. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
