As an Assistant Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets while creating an exceptional customer experience every day.

- Visual standards: Ensure high visual standards in line with brand guidelines, supported by the Visual Team, and ensure your team maintains these standards.
- Active listening and communication: Share your passion for the products, listen to your team and customers, and foster a platform for ideas and feedback.
- Store maintenance: Keep the store safe, compliant, and well-maintained, managing product launches, floor set changes, audits, stock counts, and health & safety policies.
About you:
- Experience: Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, and managing team performance.
- Passion: A genuine passion for retail and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Leadership: Lead with purpose, engaging and developing your team around the brand and shared goals.
- Relationship building: Keen to develop strong relationships with customers, your team, and wider business partners.
