Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving the store's success. You will lead daily operations, foster a collaborative team, and uphold the Mountain Warehouse brand to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will mentor and develop colleagues, maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping, prioritise health and safety, recruit top talent, and support in meeting sales targets through effective coaching

• Play an active role in recruiting and retaining top talent to build a strong and motivated team.
• Support in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability through effective strategies.
• Monitor KPIs to track and sustain store success.
• Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
