• Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or leader in retail, leisure, or hospitality.

• Flexibility: Willing to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other stores.

• Team Management: Coach and develop your team.
• Deputise: Stand in for the Store Manager, ensuring compliance and professional management.
• Task Implementation: Set and execute tasks for service, stock, and customer flow.
• Sales Maximisation: Drive sales through a clear operating plan.
• Target Achievement: Set and exceed targets, helping the team reach full potential.
• Stock Ordering: Complete daily stock orders to ensure availability.
