Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Warwick

Salary: £35,625 to £43,440 per annum

Role: Permanent – Full-Time

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience as an Assistant Manager or Leader in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is preferred; other management backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Motivated by results, committed to high standards, and excellent customer service.
  • High attention to detail, understanding of company procedures, and ability to give clear instructions.
  • Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other local stores.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, able to prioritize, delegate, and develop a team to meet targets.
The Role – Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Act as Deputy for the Store Manager, ensuring compliance and process adherence.
  • Set tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
  • Maximize sales through effective execution of operational plans.
  • Drive the team to meet and exceed targets, setting clear goals for development.
  • Handle daily stock ordering to maintain store availability.

Commutable Locations: Warwick, Kenilworth, Southam, Stratford, and Stratford Upon- Avon
