Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management?

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Teddington (TW11 8QZ), and we believe you could be the perfect match!

What does this role involve:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence. Please note that flexibility to work different shift patterns is essential for this role.

Inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values, our Assistant Store Managers contribute towards the success of their stores by:

  • Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
  • Achieving targets
  • Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Supporting with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieving expectations within campaign activities
  • Working with the manager to generate stock

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Due to the volume of donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.
