As Assistant Store Manager at H. Samuel in Isle of Man, you'll support the Store Manager in achieving store targets by promoting a sales culture, building and inspiring a customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You'll be passionate about role modelling selling skills, coaching, and inspiring your team through leadership and proactive sales management.

You'll operate the store in the Store Manager's absence, planning, adjusting priorities, and organizing activities regularly.
