Location: Oxford

Salary: £35,000 to £43,000 per annum

Role: Permanent – Full-Time

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality environment

• Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of home and nearby stores
• Proactive, solution-focused, able to prioritize, delegate, and develop a target-driven team

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results
• Deputize for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all procedures and compliance
• Implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow
• Maximize sales results through a well-defined operating plan
• Drive the team to exceed targets, setting clear goals
• Complete daily stock ordering to ensure store availability
